Suspected Gas Leak

If you suspect the property has a gas leak or you can smell gas you must immediately evacuate the property and contact National Grid Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999. You then must report this issue both by email (strathlettings@hotmail.com) and phone (07388820370).

Any complaints should be raised in writing via email in the first instance. If you have discussed any issue verbally, we request that you also put this in writing. We will endeavour to reply within 5 working days. STRATHLETTINGS@HOTMAIL.COM

If the complaint remains unresolved or you are unhappy with the way the complaint has been handled, please send a further email for the attention of Stephen Forbes (Director). Where it will be investigated within a further 5 working days.
